Welcome to HealthPin. This document contains our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. HealthPin is operated by Aboobacker Sadique M ("we", "us"). By using the App you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We collect mobile number (for OTP), name, and selected or device location (with permission). We also collect technical data such as device type, OS, IP, and app usage analytics.
Providers supply name, email, mobile, business details, services, location/address, images, and operating hours to list services on the App.
We use analytics tools and similar technologies to help improve the App.
We use data to authenticate users (OTP), show nearby services, enable provider listings, send transactional messages, maintain and improve the App, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, maps) and as required by law. Those providers may process data under their own policies.
Location is used to provide localized results. Location access requires your permission and may be revoked from device settings.
Providers are responsible for accuracy and legal compliance of their listings. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate policy or appear unsafe or fraudulent.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Use the App at your own risk.
We retain data as needed to provide services and comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion via contact below. Some data may be retained to meet legal or operational requirements.
The App is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You may have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise rights; we’ll respond according to applicable law.
We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
No illegal activity, no impersonation, no interference with the App’s operation or other users’ accounts.
Providers must supply accurate details and comply with local laws, including professional licenses.
Third-party payment processors or service providers may be used; their terms apply to those transactions.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but grant HealthPin a license to display and operate that content in connection with the App.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for security or legal reasons. Users may delete their accounts.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HealthPin's liability is limited. You indemnify HealthPin from claims arising from your use or content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts in Kerala, India.
We may update this document. Significant changes will be posted in-app and this page updated with a new date.
